No Romeo is the third book in the Dayton Series by Stevie J. Cole and LP Lovell. I read the first book in the series awhile back and really loved it. This book is a stand alone but I think it would help to read at least the first book in the series to understand some of the back story. Hendrix and Lola were childhood sweethearts but two years ago were torn apart by secrets and lies. Lola was gone the last two years until she turned 18 and was no longer in the foster care system. She returned to Dayton, the only place she really knew and the place where her little sister was but it also returned her to her first love. Hendrix had his heart broken by Lola but no matter what, he couldn't get over her or stop loving her. They both found that it was pretty much impossible to stay away from each other. I loved Hendrix, who loved Lola so much, even when he thought she cheated on him and I loved Lola so much that after everything she went through, her first instinct was to protect Hendrix. This book does have some triggers so make sure you check those out before reading. I really enjoyed this story. I would give this book 4 stars!

“Hendrix! Put me down!”
The more she squirmed, the more I felt her tits press into my back, and the more I knew the one thing I couldn’t handle was letting any other guy think she could belong to him the way she had me. I’d cart her ass off like a Neanderthal just to prove a point.
“What are you doing?”
“Pissing on you,” I said, then headed toward the exit with her fists pounding my back.
