Corrupted Chaos by Shain Rose is an enemies to lovers billionaire boss romance with some light mafia. Izzy and Cade have been in each others lives for years and now are both working in the same industry. Izzy definitely has a hate relationship with Cade, even though I think deep down it's way more than that. Cade has tried to keep Izzy at a distance while he kept an eye and watched her as much as he could. I loved their banter. I loved the steam between them too. Also watching them both start to admit their feelings and how each one of them decided to deal with their feelings, was just so good. This book was my first read by this author. There are a few more books that contain characters in this world but I don't think it's necessary to read them first but I think I will be doing that. I would give this book 4 stars!

I wanted her to see that she meant more than just a woman I’d slept with once. She was something to me although I couldn’t quite pinpoint what yet.
