A Million Kisses In Your Lifetime by Monica Murphy

A Million Kisses In Your Lifetime was sooooo good! Monica Murphy has been one of my top favorite writers for a while and she killed it with this book! I wasn't sure if she was going to be able to top Whit Lancaster but Crew was just perfect! I loved Crew and Wren, they are perfect for each other. Wren is the perfect good girl at Lancaster Prep and wears a purity ring from her father and has promised to save herself until she gets married. Crew has wanted Wren since the first day of Freshmen year but has never been able to get close to her. For the last three years they have both just avoided each other at all costs ... until they are thrown together for a class project. Once they get to really know each other, they are unable to resist each other. This book was so good, I loved it! I would rate this book with 5 stars!!!!

Favorite Excerpt:

My gaze meets his, surprise coursing through me. “Why are you wearing it?”

“It belongs to me now.” His expression is grim.

“What?” Okay, he’s really making no sense. “It’s mine, Crew. It belongs to my family. My father gave me that ring.”

“And I’m taking it. Because I took you.” He glances down, sliding his finger through the ring, though it barely fits. “This is mine, just like you are.”

I blink at him, startled by his declaration. The tiniest bit thrilled by it too. “Crew…”

“Don’t argue with me, Birdy. You’re mine.” He kisses me fiercely. “You don’t belong to him anymore.”

The him he’s referring to is my father.

Crew slips his fingers beneath my chin, his thumb rubbing. “You belong to me,” he whispers.
